Who we are
Fortune & Automations is a DBA / trade name of Fortune & Finance LLC. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit this website, contact us, use the chat widget, save a package, request a project or purchase services.
Information you provide
Depending on the feature you use, you may provide your name, email, phone number, business name, project details, selected services, onboarding answers and conversation content. Forti chat messages and recent conversation history are sent through our server to Google’s Gemini API to generate replies. Recent conversation history is stored in sessionStorage in your browser tab until cleared or the browser session ends. Project details are emailed to F&A only when you submit a form. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or sensitive personal information through forms or chat.
How information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare project scopes, deliver and support purchased services, administer saved packages and orders, communicate about transactions, and protect the website. Promotional communications require the applicable permission. An ordinary contact-form submission or phone number alone does not enroll you in SMS marketing.
AI chat and communication choices
Forti is an AI assistant, not a human. Messages are processed by our website host and AI provider to answer your questions. Forti can make mistakes. Do not share passwords, payment-card information or sensitive personal data. Chat and website forms do not enroll you in SMS or marketing. No SMS opt-in is collected through Forti. Any future SMS program requires its own applicable permission and opt-out controls. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Contact us by email with questions or to withdraw a communication preference.
SMS information and sharing
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except with service providers needed to operate and deliver the messaging service. Those providers may use it only to provide that service.
Payments and order records
Stripe processes checkout payments and card information. We do not store full payment-card numbers. We retain the contact details, order references, selected services, amounts, payment status and subscription status needed to fulfill and support orders. Saved packages contain the selections, contact details and price snapshot you provide. Checkout uses the current catalog prices.
Service providers
Hosting, database, form-delivery, AI, email-delivery and payment providers process information needed to perform their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights, investigate abuse or secure the service. Connecting a social account or using Telegram, WhatsApp or Facebook is subject to the chosen provider’s permissions and privacy terms.
Cookies, storage and technical information
The website uses browser storage for cart selections and session-related features. Authentication features use cookies or session storage where needed. Hosting and connected services may process IP addresses, request timing, browser and device information, error reports and security logs. Embedded chat and payment services may use their own storage to operate. We have not added a separate advertising or behavioral analytics tracker to this website. Browser settings can restrict cookies or clear storage, but doing so may reset your cart or affect service functionality.
External links and referral tracking
Partner links may contain referral identifiers. If you follow them, the destination may use cookies or other tracking to attribute a qualifying referral. Fortune & Automations and/or its parent company may receive compensation or other benefits from qualifying referrals or transactions. Third-party sites manage their own data collection and terms. Our SMS consent information is not supplied for affiliate marketing.
Retention and security
Information is retained as needed to respond to requests, provide services, maintain transaction and consent records, comply with applicable obligations and resolve disputes. Retention depends on the record and purpose. We use access controls and safeguards appropriate to the systems involved, but no website, transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to submit optional information, manage browser storage, unsubscribe from marketing messages and request access, correction or deletion of your information. Email us with your request. We may need to verify your identity and retain information required for legal, security or transaction purposes. Applicable rights depend on your location.
Children’s privacy
This business-services website is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
