One-time website builds, redesigns, ownership and what is included.
No. Website Care plans are optional. You can purchase a one-time website build without enrolling in ongoing monthly management.
We recommend that your domain be registered under your ownership. If you do not already own one, Fortune & Automations can help guide you through purchasing and connecting it.
Third-party domain registration, hosting, software, premium services and integration costs are separate unless specifically included in your proposal.
Yes. Fortune & Automations can modernize or rebuild an existing website. The appropriate package depends on the number of pages, content and functionality required.
Many standard business websites can be completed quickly once all required business information, branding, content, images and approvals have been received. More complex projects may require additional time.
A page generally refers to a distinct website route or major standalone page such as Home, About, Services, Contact, Gallery or a dedicated service page. Complex application views or custom system functionality may be scoped separately.
Yes. Supported third-party booking and scheduling platforms can often be integrated into a website. Custom booking systems may require a separate quote.
Yes. AI receptionists, customer workflows, lead follow-up, CRM connections and other automation solutions can be added separately depending on your business needs.
You should own the domain. You receive the website files/source and appropriate account access for work delivered by Fortune & Automations, subject to third-party software, services, assets and licensing restrictions.

Website Care
Optional monthly management after launch. Care plans are not required.
Website Care plans can be changed or canceled according to the applicable service terms.
No. Included monthly edit requests apply to the current billing period and do not roll over.
A minor website edit is a straightforward change in the same general scope as the $39 pay-as-you-go minor edit: business hours, contact information, text updates, a single photo replacement, button or CTA changes, price changes, employee information, or a basic link change, typically about 20 minutes or less.
Larger website changes are reviewed and confirmed before work begins, at $65/hour. Major redesigns, new pages requiring substantial design work, applications, advanced integrations, custom development or major functionality changes are quoted separately and are not included in Website Care.

Logo & Branding
Logo packages, files, revisions and how branding work is delivered.
Logo Essentials is $99 and includes 1 primary concept, 1 revision round, high-resolution files, a transparent PNG, web-ready files, and color plus black/white versions. Logo Plus is $179 and includes 2 concepts, up to 2 revision rounds, a primary plus alternate logo, color variations, transparent files, and web/print-ready exports where applicable. The Starter Brand Package is $249 and adds a submark, color palette, typography recommendations, social/profile logo, business card design, and a mini brand guide.
Logo Essentials includes 1 revision round. Logo Plus and the Starter Brand Package include up to 2 revision rounds. Additional revision work outside that scope is reviewed before it begins.
You receive the design files for the selected direction. Typical deliveries include high-resolution files, a transparent PNG, web-ready versions, and color plus black/white versions. Logo Plus and Starter Brand also include print-ready exports where they apply.
No. It is a practical starter kit: logo directions, palette, type recommendations, a social/profile mark, a business card design, and a mini brand guide. Larger identity systems are quoted separately.

Google Business Profile, analytics, email/domain connections and local foundations.
Local Presence Setup is $149 and covers Google Business Profile setup/optimization support, business information, categories/services/hours, description, organization of client-provided photos, verification guidance, and a local-search foundation.
Business Digital Setup is $249 and includes the Local Presence items plus domain/email connection assistance, contact/lead forms, booking connection when supported, Analytics, Search Console where applicable, a review link/QR, and a basic local SEO foundation.
No. We can help set up and optimize a Google Business Profile and provide verification guidance. Google controls verification and ranking. Fortune & Automations does not guarantee verification, first-page results, traffic, or leads.
No. Third-party subscriptions, advertising, phone systems, premium plugins and usage charges remain separate unless they are specifically included in a written proposal.

Fortune & Automations primarily provides the finished design files. Printing, physical production and shipping are separate unless specifically included in the project quote.

Yes. Design work can be created to stay consistent with a Fortune & Automations website, or with your existing brand materials.
Yes. Existing pieces can be refreshed or rebuilt. Scope depends on the number of items, content and how closely the new work should follow the current design.

Common work includes missed-call handling, FAQs, appointment intake, lead qualification, follow-up, routing, reminders, and internal notifications. The right system depends on the workflow issue, the tools you already use, and what should stay human.
Workflow Automation Starter begins at $249 for one focused automation around one defined repetitive process, with basic routing/notification/follow-up logic, up to 2 standard supported connections where appropriate, plus testing and a basic handoff.
AI Receptionist Setup begins at $499 and covers initial setup, business information/knowledge, hours/routing, common-question handling, lead capture, escalation/handoff, testing and launch assistance. Phone, AI platform and usage charges are separate unless included in the proposal.

Yes. Fortune & Automations designs AI receptionists and support workflows that answer approved questions, collect context, and route people to the right next step, with defined boundaries.
Yes. Lead capture, qualification, routing and follow-up can be built around email, messaging, forms, CRM workflows and internal notifications, based on the rules you approve.
No. Some businesses need a clearer website, a better form, or a simpler workflow first. We recommend AI where it improves speed and consistency, not as a default add-on.
No. Forti is a standalone website AI assistant. We install and configure it with your approved business information, branding and a server-side AI provider. Hosting, AI usage and any separately agreed integrations may have their own fees. Appointment booking, SMS and other tools require separate supported integrations; website chat alone does not activate them.

For larger organizations or unusually complex work beyond a standard business website.
It is not a fourth website package. Most businesses find what they need in Core, Pro or Elite. Enterprise & Advanced Solutions is for larger organizations, multi-location operations or projects that need specialized technology substantially beyond a traditional website.
Yes. Custom web applications and mobile application projects can be evaluated and scoped individually. There is no fixed public starting price for this work.
Typical work includes customer and member apps, internal business apps, booking and intake apps, dashboard and reporting apps, subscription and membership experiences, mobile app projects, and integrated business applications.
Yes. Customer portals, member areas, staff dashboards, reporting views and internal operations tools are quoted based on workflow, users and integrations.
Yes, when the needed access is available. CRM connections, lead routing, form-to-CRM workflows and other integrations are assessed first. Unsupported access or unscoped functionality is not promised.
They are custom scoped and quoted based on complexity, integrations and operational requirements. Fortune & Automations does not publish a fixed public price for Enterprise & Advanced Solutions.

How work starts, how quotes work, and how a project can grow over time.
A description of the problem or goal, who handles it today, the tools you already use, and how a good result should feel. You do not need a technical specification. We ask for logins or API access only when a written scope needs them. For websites and branding, we also need branding, images, copy and approvals.
Website packages include a set number of revision rounds: 1 for Core, 2 for Pro and 3 for Elite. Logo Essentials includes 1 revision round. Logo Plus and Starter Brand include up to 2. Additional revision work outside that scope is reviewed before it begins.
Yes. Existing websites can be redesigned or rebuilt, and existing workflows can be improved or replaced when that is the practical path.
We review the request, the workflow and any integrations first, then confirm scope before quoting. Standard website, logo, design and digital-setup packages have published prices. Starting-at automation prices are entry ranges, not all-in guarantees. Enterprise and other custom work is quoted individually.
Yes. Many businesses start with a Core, Pro or Elite website, then add care, design materials, digital setup, AI or advanced systems later as the need is clear.
Local operators first: dental and medical offices, contractors, salons, home services, restaurants, real estate, shops, and professional practices. If the area that needs improvement is calls, booking, follow-up, paperwork, branding, or a disconnected website, we can usually map a system to it.
