Who we are

Fortune & Automations is a DBA / trade name of Fortune & Finance LLC. This website describes automation, receptionist, website, and related digital system services. It is not Fortune & Finance University and it is not a brokerage, exchange, or investment adviser.

Website use

You may browse this site, save a package, send a project inquiry, or purchase approved fixed-price services through the cart. Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape in an abusive way, reverse engineer private systems, or submit content you do not have the right to send. We may refuse or end a project that would require illegal, deceptive, or unsafe behavior.

Online purchases

Some published services can be purchased online at the listed fixed price. Monthly Website Care is billed as a recurring subscription. Stripe processes payment. The first month of a care plan is charged with any one-time services in the same checkout. Payment covers only the purchased catalog items and does not automatically add extra pages, features, or services outside that published package or service description.

Services marked starting at, hourly, scoped, or custom quote are not sold as a fixed checkout amount. Those remain a separate project-scope conversation until a written price is agreed.

Scope and third-party fees

A build is limited to the published package or the written scope for that order. Outside third-party fees — including domains, hosting, software, phone, advertising, models, and platform charges — remain separate unless a written proposal says they are included. Delivery dates are estimates until dependencies such as logins, APIs, content, and approvals are actually available.

Website Care

Website Care is optional monthly support billed through Stripe. Later invoices contain the monthly care amount, not the original one-time website or design charges. Canceling or failing a later care payment does not rewrite the original paid website or design order.

Custom work

Custom, starting-at, and hourly work starts only after scope, access, price, and responsibilities are agreed in writing. Third party tools (phones, CRMs, calendars, hosts, models) remain under their own terms and fees.

No guaranteed outcomes

Systems can miss calls less often, route work, and collect cleaner information. They cannot guarantee revenue, search rankings, medical or legal results, or trading profits. Website information is not professional legal, financial or medical advice.

Your content and access

You keep ownership of your brand, data, and pre existing materials. You grant us the access needed to build and test the agreed system, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We do not claim a perpetual right to reuse your client lists.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by law, Fortune & Finance LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outages, provider failures, or misuse outside the agreed scope. Website content is informational and may change.

Forti AI chat

Forti is an AI assistant that answers questions using approved website information and an external AI provider. Replies can contain mistakes and do not override published service terms or a written agreement. Forti does not confirm appointments, send SMS or provide regulated professional advice. Submitting its optional inquiry form requests an email reply from F&A. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal data.

SMS communications

Forti and the website forms do not send SMS or collect SMS opt-in. If a separate SMS service is offered in the future, Fortune & Finance LLC, doing business as Fortune & Automations, may send SMS only within the scope of the permission you provide. Where offered, informational messages may concern an inquiry, appointment or service. Marketing messages require a separate explicit choice. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Providing a number through an ordinary inquiry form does not grant SMS marketing consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance, or contact us by email. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on the mobile network and is not guaranteed. Accounts and intellectual property

You are responsible for authorized use of any account or access you provide and for protecting its credentials. Website branding, copy and original designs remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Ownership and licenses for commissioned deliverables are defined by the purchased package or written project agreement. Third-party software and assets retain their own licenses.

Affiliate and referral relationships

Certain links and recommendations involve affiliate, referral, promotional or other commercial relationships. Fortune & Automations and/or its parent company may receive compensation or benefits from qualifying referrals or transactions. Third-party services have their own terms and availability. Availability and changes

Services rely on hosting, integrations and other providers that may experience interruptions or change their features. We may update website content and these terms. The revision date identifies the latest version. Changes do not override an existing written project agreement or rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
