Who we are

Fortune & Automations is a service brand of Fortune&Finance LLC. This website describes automation, receptionist, website, and related digital-system services. It is not Fortune & Finance University and it is not a brokerage, exchange, or investment adviser.

Website use

You may browse this site and send a project inquiry. Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape in an abusive way, reverse-engineer private systems, or submit content you do not have the right to send. We may refuse or end a project that would require illegal, deceptive, or unsafe behavior.

Custom work

A build starts only after scope, access, price, and responsibilities are agreed in writing. Delivery dates are estimates until dependencies — logins, APIs, content, approvals — are actually available. Third-party tools (phones, CRMs, calendars, hosts, models) remain under their own terms and fees.

No guaranteed outcomes

Systems can miss calls less often, route work, and collect cleaner information. They cannot guarantee revenue, search rankings, medical or legal results, or trading profits. Crypto and education materials are not financial advice.

Your content and access

You keep ownership of your brand, data, and pre-existing materials. You grant us the access needed to build and test the agreed system, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We do not claim a perpetual right to reuse your client lists.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by law, Fortune&Finance LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outages, provider failures, or misuse outside the agreed scope. Website content is informational and may change.
